Novavax and Moderna Adult and Pediatric COVID-19 Vaccines are offered at our pharmacy.

We currently offer Novavax and Moderna COVID-19 Vaccines. Both Vaccines are authorized for adults 18 years and older.

Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine & Booster Availability

Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine and Booster shots are offered Monday through Friday from 10AM to 6PM. Novavax COVID-19 Vaccine is offered Monday through Friday from 10AM to 6PM.

Required Documents

You will need to bring the following to the pharmacy with you:

Completed Prevaccination Checklist Screening Form
Government ID
Insurance Card (Red, white and blue Medicare card is needed for those with Medicare)
CDC Vaccine Record Card (for booster vaccine)
